Compact Laminate:This innovative product is crafted by infusing decorative colored paper with robust melamine resin. The paper is then meticulously laminated with multiple layers of kraft paper - either black or brown - that have been saturated with phenolic resin. Through a high-temperature process reaching 150ºC, and with a pressure as intense as 1430psi, the layers are pressed with precision using a steel plate. Thicknesses range from a sleek 2.0mm to a substantial 30mm. The surface layer, with its vibrant colored paper, not only offers a palette of color choices but also caters to unique surface decoration needs. Robust and versatile, this product boasts the strength to withstand impact, as well as being both waterproof and moisture-resistant, making it an ideal choice for furniture, operating tables, walls, and numerous other applications.

A: We pack our goods in plywood cases and plywood pallets, The thickness of laminate more than 5mm will be packed by plywood pallets normally .

A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

A: The HPL will take 20 to 30 days after receiving your advance payment. The compact will take 10 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on your order.

A: Yes, we can produce by your samples, but frist of all we should confirm the surface and size whether we can produced. we can produce by your samples or technical drawings.
